Scheduled maintenance is vital for your Heating and Air Conditioning System to operate at peak performance year after year.  Finding problems before they become major can save you substantially in equipment repairs and energy costs over the years.

At Cool It Heating and Air Conditioning of Lawton, OK,  we offer our Comfort Agreement:

" In consideration of the sum quoted to you, it is understood by both Homeowner and Cool It Heat and Air that the Homeowner is entitled to and will receive the following under the provision of this planned Heat and Air Conditioning Comfort Agreement "

Services Include:

Two (2) scheduled calls per year, with filter change at each call.
A discount on new equipment. (Non-applicable with other offers)
Preferred Customer Discount.
Prompt emergency service and no overtime rates.

Cooling Maintenance:

• Check refrigerant levels in system.
• Lubricate bearings.
• Check and oil motor.
• Check compressor oil level and performance.
• Check and inspect belts and pullies and align as needed.
• Check terminals and electrical connections and tighten as needed.
• Clean condenser coil as needed.
• Check expansion valves and evaporator temperature differences and adjust for optimwn cooling performance.
• Check and blow condensation drain.
• Replace throwaway filters and clean permanent filter.
• Check safely devices and controls
• Check thermostat for temperature within 3 degrees.
• Check overall operation and make any adjustments necessary for the maximum efficiency of your unit.

If leaks are found or parts are needed, we will notify the customer and repairs will be made if requested to do so.

Heating Maintenance:

• Clean and adjust burners (if appicable).
• Start heating cycle and inspect heat exchanger for leaks.
• Check heating controls and ignition process.
• Check and oil motor.
• Check belts for wear.
• Check pulley alignment and realign if needed.
• Lubricate bearings.
• Check combustion settings for optimum fuel efficiency.
• Replace throwaway filters and clean permanent filters.
• Check humidifier operation where applicable.
• Check safety devices and controls when required.
• Check overall operation and make any adjustments necessary for the efficiency of heating equipment.
• Check overall operation of Heat Pump for proper operation by using a cooling checklist.

If leaks are found or parts are needed, customer will be informed and repairs will be made if requested to do so.

SPECIAL PROVISIONS

Comfort agreement does not include labor on major repairs.
Comfort agreements are transferable only to the same address.
No service will be rendered under this agreement if customer has a past due balance or if another person works on the unit while under this service agreement.

Cool It reserves the right to reject any agreements.
